According to preliminary data from the State Committee on Statistics, as of January 1, 2022, the total number of birds in the republic reached 89,734.4 thousand heads, and the growth rate, compared to the same period in 2021, amounted to 100.2%.

Andijan - 8,590.8 thousand heads;
Bukhara - 5,923.5 thousand heads;
Jizzakh - 3,456.5 thousand heads;
Kashkadarya - 6,174.8 thousand heads;
Navoi - 3,248.0 thousand heads;
Namangan - 5,528.3 thousand heads;
Samarkand - 13,548.4 thousand heads;
Surkhandarya - 5,079.7 thousand heads;
Syrdarya - 3,065.1 thousand heads;
Tashkent - 15,525.5 thousand heads;
Fergana - 8,621.6 thousand heads;
