Six E-kakashi devices will be installed in two locations - in potato fields in Uzbekistan to monitor the environmental conditions to which crops of this crop are exposed. As a result of the analysis of the data obtained, recommendations will be developed for Uzbek farmers on increasing potato yields and combating diseases, EastFruit specialists report.According to the creators, the system, called "e-kakashi", is a cybernetic "brain". This is a cyber-physical system that includes a complex network of sensors and data processing modules, using technologies such as the Internet of Things, big data and artificial intelligence. The system's tasks include monitoring and collecting data from the fields, analyzing them using an agronomic database and formulating recommendations for farmers. It is believed that as a result, farmers will be able to significantly increase the efficiency of their farms to achieve maximum yields with less impact on the environment. In addition to increasing the efficiency of farms, the system will also help in solving such environmental problems as unstable water supply and greenhouse gas emissions.
