Which region has the largest number of poultry?

As of January 1, 2024, the total number of poultry in the republic increased by 5.8% compared to the corresponding period in 2023.
According to the data According to the Statistics Agency, the total number of poultry in the republic as of January 1, 2024 reached 103,046.5 thousand heads.

A significant share of the total poultry population is in the Tashkent region (16.3%).

At the same time, high poultry numbers were noted in the Samarkand (14.9%) and Andijan (10.6%) regions.
