Uzbekistan earned over $1 billion from sales of fruits and vegetables
In January-September 2024, Uzbekistan exported 1.4 million tons of fruits and vegetables worth more than $1 billion abroad. This was reported by the Statistics Agency.
Compared to the same period in 2023, the export figure increased by 11.8%, in monetary terms - by 25.8%.
Most often, products were sent to Russia (44.7%), Kazakhstan (14.1%), Pakistan (14.1%) and Afghanistan (7.3%).
