The list of agricultural products subject to VAT at a zero rate has been expanded
The number of agricultural goods subject to a zero value added tax rate increased by 131 positions and reached 477. The list included fruits, vegetables, melons, grains and cereals, spices, livestock and poultry, meat, milk, dairy products, eggs and honey.
The list of agricultural products for which a zero VAT rate applies has been expanded. This was reported to the Tax Committee.
According to the presidential decree, from January 1, 2026, a zero VAT rate will be applied to the sale of agricultural products produced by domestic producers (except for cotton and grain).
In accordance with the decree, the Ministry of Agriculture and the Tax Committee approved the list of products to which a zero VAT rate applies.
The number of items in the list increased by 131 and amounted to 477. Among them are grains and cereals, spices, fruits and vegetables, melons, livestock and poultry, seedlings and seeds, flowers and silk, as well as meat, milk, butter, cream, kefir, cottage cheese, suzma, sour cream, feta cheese, eggs and honey.
Local khokimiyats, in agreement with the Ministry of Agriculture and the Tax Committee, can make changes and additions to the list.
