It is planned to build 18 large poultry farms in Surkhandarya for $60 million

Based on the experience of Spain, 1 thousand hectares of greenhouses with solar heating will be built, which will be leased to businesses for free for 5 years. Tenants will be exempt from paying for groundwater for three years.
Pasture lands that are in reserve will be put up for auction at a starting price of 1% of the standard value. Buyers will receive loans for their development at 14% per annum for a period of 10 years, with a 4-year grace period.
To irrigate every 10 hectares of pastures, 120 million soums of subsidies will be allocated. As part of the three-year program, the goal is to return 58 thousand hectares to grazing for 300 thousand heads of sheep and goats.
The head of state also noted the absence of large poultry farms in Surkhandarya, with the annual demand for poultry meat being 45 thousand tons. This year it is planned to launch 18 poultry complexes and livestock breeding projects worth $60 million.
