Uzbek grape exports reach record highs

It has become known that the export of Uzbek grapes has doubled. This follows from the data of the Agency of Statistics of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

In January-November 2024, Uzbekistan exported a record 205.5 thousand tons of grapes worth $174.7 million. The bulk of exports goes to the CIS countries, with Russia leading the imports, having purchased 164.2 thousand tons.

Below is a list of countries to which Uzbekistan exported the most grapes over the 11 months of last year:
• Russia — 164.2 thousand tons;
• Kazakhstan — 19.4 thousand tons;
• Kyrgyzstan — 14.5 thousand tons;
• Belarus — 6.6 thousand tons;
• Ukraine — 334 tons;
• Mongolia — 128 tons;
• other countries — 393 tons.

The growth of grape exports indicates the high quality and competitiveness of Uzbek products in the world market.
