President Shavkat Mirziyoyev has ordered to reduce the land tax by 3 times and halve the contributions to the council of agrarians for farmers with a high rating.Farmers with a high rating will be able to receive loans without mandatory insurance. When assessing farmers, crop yields and the number of jobs created will be taken into account. Farms that exceed the plan for harvesting grain and cotton crops are allowed to sow up to a quarter of their land with other agricultural crops.
The rules for auctions for the sale of agricultural land will be changed. The price of unsold lots will be reduced by 10% daily. If only one bidder participates in the auction, he automatically becomes the winner. The sale of land at auctions in installments is canceled.
